1.String Laboratory :
Our string laboratory is equipped with Uster Technology (Uster Tester 4 and Uster Tensoropid), all controls required for ring manufacturing technology are being performed including:
- Number
- Winding
- Resistance
- Unevenness
2.Paint Laboratory:
Besides demanded paint works, new color studies for collections prepared by R&D are being done in the paint laboratory. Ahiba brand paint machines and Data Colour branded spectrophotometer is available in the laboratory.
3.Fabric Test Laboratory:
Before delivering our goods to customersi required tests are being performed in Fabric Test Laboratory and in case the result is positive, delivery is approved.
The tests performed by us and accredited in our laboratory are as:
- Flushing shrinkage
- Steam shrinkage
- Pilling (ICI – Martindale – M&S Pilling Drum)
- Breaking resistance
- Sew opening
- Tearing resistance
- Flexing ability and permanent stretching
- Washing lightfastness
- Water lightfastness
- Rubbing lightfastness
- Sweat lightfastness
- Dry cleaning lightfastness
- Lightfastness
4. Environment Purification Laboratory:
Our purification facility was started functioning at the same time with our Paint & Bare finishing facility in 1993 and all tests and analyzes that are required for controlling the functionality of our Purification Facility are being performed periodically.
