We are going on our travel for success which we started as a small family in 1985, after now as a huge and developing family with 1000 people. We believe that the key for success in textile sector that we have reached till today and also will reach in future, is “qualified human resources” we own. With this faith, we are doing the investment firstly for human from the day we founded, focusing on the activities and targets to develop our corporate culture and human resources, adopting this approach in all our studies by starting from employing.

One of the most important factors that make Can Tekstil to reach present success level is its qualified and young staff. We are as being with Can Tekstil;
- We are awake to represent Can Tekstil’s culture with our behaviors, speaking, dressing, not only with our knowledge and experience, shortly with all our personality.
- We make effort to complete our job with demanded quality and in time by behavioring ambitious to take responsibility and awake and in discipline about responsibility we undertake. Our objective is to do the right thing in first time.

SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES
We provide lunch and bus service to all staff and also lodging chance to our white – collar staff. There are ambulance and medical team serving on shift in our company for 24 hours. We provide playing table tennis, billardo and backgammon to our personnel within break times in our social facility, and to support their social and cultural activities, we also organize trip, theatre, concert activities and football, volleyball, bowling and backgammon tournaments. And we provide to bring all staff together by organizing Traditional summer feast that they can come with all their families. We give fabrics we produced together to our staff on birthdays and new year.
We plant 1 tree in TEMA foundation’s forest on behalf of our staff on their birthdays.
Besides planned and not – planned trainings, TV broadcasting in cafeterias....

High School Apprenticeship :
Techincal Vocational high school students can complete their required apprenticeship in our company along summer term. Summer term apprenticeship applications can be done over wesite or personally till the end of March.
Vocational high school students have to complete fall and spring term apprenticeships. Candidates can do their apprenticeship application via school directorates or personally to our factory.
University Students :
University students can complete their required apprenticeship in our company along summer term. You can do your apprenticeship application for summer term till the end of March by specifying department you want to do you apprenticeship – apprenticeship period and the date you are able to begin to apprenticeship, to our human resources department via e-mail, postal or online application.
Technical Vocational High School Students :
Candidates can do their apprenticeship application via school directorates or personally to our factory.
Vocational High School Students :
Vocational High school students have to complete their apprenticeship along fall and spring terms. Candidates can do their apprenticeship application via school directorates or personally to our factory..

For pre - registration of relevant student to apprentice candidate pool, it is required for our process to deliver us the documents below that prepared completely.

1. Apprenticeship Application Form (in the annex: please fill it as not to remain any blanks. Attach a photo of you to the photograph field in this form).

Education
We organize education programs for our staff’s permanent satisfaction and development avocationally by settin out with “human creates the difference” approach; and always aim to contribute to their development with technical, personal growth and management systems education we did as internallı and externally sourced.
We are doing studies for the purpose of our staff to work with permanent satisfaction and belonging feelings, identifying targets to carry ourselves and our company more further with surveys we applied and feedbacks we take from our staff.
